For big success you need other rally round and help. It is not only in mlm but every places you work around. And for this you need empower your leader shipment. You must show the way that’s other never does. Nobody will grow up himself higher if there is not back push from your follower. The surrounding peoples of your side keep you top if you have ticks and trips for help and that’s leader do. So you must capture ticks for your follower. If you can use your ticks timely then you will else! you better. Remember Knowledge is powerful when it’s use. Everybody can have knowledge but everyone is not leader. Someone speak truth, he is trustworthy but not leader. Teacher teaches us but he is not a leader. Someone write a book then he is a writer but not leader. The human of the World are changing so fast. We are so busy to do our job. We do our best in our workstation. We almost invest 8 to 10 hour in a day. Some of us do more for overtime. This is also bad in 3rd world country. They give effort more but income less. Now, why there are different a engineer to engineer, doctor to doctor and etc. Its true in country wise that they have some different technically but not so far.

There are simple question, How many hour in a day? Off course 24. Now how many hours do you work in a day? 6, 8 or 10 or highest 12. Very good.
Look if you do hard that means you can do only 12 hours in a day, right? Huh! Why you do hard? I now causes you want to live better. That’s fine!

For rich to poor, President to people, Doctor to Engineer, Teacher to student and more, everybody of us have 24 hours a day. You wish to go for enjoy with your girlfriend but you don’t have time, You want to go visiting the attractions with your family but you haven’t time etc. So time is the main key. Everybody want to success in his life. When we were child we thought we will be Engineer, Doctor, Pilot, Police officer etc. But then our dream is changing to face veryus fact. Some of us will live with dream. There is a very few of child who have a dream to success in mlm or want to be a World great network leader.
Look success is the one of the hard steps. Only few of us will enjoy it. I want to tell every parent that gives the idea of your child about success. Tell them success story, encourage then reading books about success people. Then they choice there profession and desire to get there victory.
Most of the people in Multi-level Marketing (mlm) surrender before they start or just starting then how can they anticipate success. We are demotivated, from who? So if a company will try to do business to the worldwide then he must start the system of e-joining.
Every mlm company want there growth of business. Here peoples i means networker is the main key of the company. So every company want to sale there product and try to join peoples in there company. You must select the best company. That’s why you need some cautions too. You should have basic concept of the company and there system, there adminstrstion and more. See get some idea for that.
The company should have the necessary paper.
The company work locally or national or internationally.
What is there product.
What is the paying system of them.
Is the company functioning with computer software.

Look mlm is the best way I have ever seen in my life to know how to touch my dream. Just think, you was not born for presently to see dreams, you have all the quality to success your dream. Believe it! If you talk to someone who is success his life that means he will achievement his dream. How? Just simple he believes himself.
Now, you say that, that’s good but I have a problem. What it is? You say ……. .
1. I am not rich?
2. I am not happy?
3. I am not looking good?
4. I have not a family?
5. I have no times.
6. Tons of no…….

Look only human have executive capability to solve any problem. They have the power to increase there logic and they also have to broke there logic. Example, your target to go to the office. Fine but when you come on road you see your old girl friend is coming towards you. You forget your target and break the logic because you were gone with your friend. That’s why men are so powerful. Now think your position. I know you are trying to do something but question yourself do you have setup your goal? Without sail the boat is nothing in the sea.
