In mlm system unilevel is the most old pay plan.
Unilevel, as the name suggests, only enables you to sponsor one line of distributors, therefore everyone you sponsor is on your frontline. There are no width limitations to this plan (ie there is no limit to the amount of people you can sponsor in your frontline) and commissions are normally paid out on a limited depth (common plans that we have reviewed pay commissions between 5 and 7 levels deep). Therefore, the common goal of this plan is to recruit a large number of frontline distributors and then encourage them to do the same.

MLM System for everyone.
There are two kinds of Network Marketing businesses (mlm): those that occasionally work, and those that consistently duplicate… And if you’re interested in building a business that consistently duplicates—so you can earn more money and create more free time to enjoy your life—you need to be using a system; sometimes referred to as your daily method of operation.
Now it is important to understand there are two different kinds of systems: 1) How you learn the business (the knowledge part), and 2) How you build the business (the activity part). In a perfect world both systems would be the same—what you learn is what you do—however this will not always be the case. Let me explain…
When it comes to the knowledge part, the best system to learn the Network Marketing business is to read for 30 minutes everyday, listen to an audio program for 30 minutes every day, and to take four classes every year. The idea here is that as you get better, building your business will get easier.

What Wikipedia says about Multi-Level Marketing (mlm).
Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. Other terms for MLM include pyramid selling, network marketing, and referral marketing.
Most commonly, the salespeople are expected to sell products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing. Some people use “direct selling” as a name for MLM, although MLM is only one type of direct selling, which started centuries ago with peddling.
MLM companies have been a frequent subject of criticism as well as the target of lawsuits. Criticism has focused on their similarity to illegal pyramid schemes, price-fixing of products, high initial start-up costs, emphasis on recruitment of lower-tiered salespeople over actual sales, encouraging if not requiring salespeople to purchase and use the company’s products, potential exploitation of personal relationships which are used as new sales and recruiting targets, complex and sometimes exaggerated compensation schemes, and cult-like techniques which some groups use to enhance their members’ enthusiasm and devotion.
In contrast to MLM is single-level marketing, where the salesperson is rewarded for selling the product directly to the consumer.

Opportunities of MLM
Someone who are interest in mlm was started his work on faith that he will success in mlm. It’s true that everyone in mlm will not be succeeded. We have specific guidelines that we follow before choosing to move into a network marketing opportunity, but we’ll get into more detail further down this page. Make no mistake, we hope to gain your trust in our recruiting style and the programs that we’ve decided to promote. But we also understand that certain mlm opportunities, product categories and sponsor styles appeal to different people in different ways.
A MLM Opportunity is a network marketing company where products and/or services are rendered through the work of commission based representatives in a tiered paid structure. Reps in the business are compensated for their own sales and also the sales of those they train in their own mlm downline. The benefit of this business model is that anyone can come in and generate a very healthy income just by making some direct sales and managing a team of other reps who make sales. Since this is strictly a commissioned based industry, only those who can make sales and teach others in their mlm downline to do the same will stay profitable in this type of business.

Online MLM Training Tips
If you have an email account, your in-box is probably stuffed with all the latest chain letters and get-rich-quick schemes and scams. Unfortunately, this has happened so much that it has given network marketing a bad name. And that makes it even harder to build a legitimate MLM business online. But that’s just the beginning of the problem. The Internet is so big and so full of confusing information and conflicting “gurus” that it’s hard to know who to trust. It can take hundreds of hours of research just to get started.
On top of that, too many MLM companies seem to be completely terrified of the Internet and don’t even have a web strategy. That means they probably don’t have an international presence either.
Since the Internet makes it possible for you to reach millions of eager new MLM prospects worldwide, that hurts you and limits your business. And even if they’re on the web, they probably don’t have a site that helps you build your business or gets your prospects very excited. Most MLM company web sites are little more than the poor, self- serving, glitzy marketing brochures that fail miserably offline!
